Damn good track session.

I was thinking as I was doing the workout, about doing this solo, about how no one sees this... Then this kid comes on the turf. Does a long warmup, then starts hitting the hill, and does about 10 repeats... I saw him. He saw me. We weren't really alone. We're never really alone. I hope that kid kicks some ass in regionals, or whatever his next meet is.
