3 x 1 mile @5K (5:29, 5:24, 5:35) with 3:15 jog intervals. Eased off the gas just a little on the third repeat. Not too shabby actually. Speed still there.

Nice, the hay is in the barn now. I hadn't realised you were also in the closing stages of a Pfitz plan. Your training log is looking great, I think you're going to smash that sub 3.
