NHS Track

Notes

First track workout since last August. 10x400m. Early morning, first one on the track. Last 3 repeats done as the rain was starting to come down, so I cut the cooldown short. I was fine with that.

Pretty consistent. Was guessing 1:20's and was right around there. Pushed the last one to see what was in the tank.

All in all, a solid workout.
