16 with 12 at MP was the prescribed workout.
Warm up 5k pretty slow, then 20K at MP. This was great. Breaking it down to kilometers really helped. It wasn't a very relaxing run (was a lot of math to keep doing in the head, so didn't really think about anything else), but pretty happy with this. I mean, it was tough, but not so tough. Could I keep it up another 14 miles? Guess I have 9 weeks to answer that.
Then cooldown on the softball fields.
Good run. Now, with 80 some miles in the last 7 days, let's rest.
