Was nervous about this workout, but didn't need to be. Totally under control, and comfortably hard. I should have known that - I've done 6 miles straight at 6:05's, so this is pretty equivalent. If anything I coud have pushed this more, but...
Anyway, good effort. Right hammy was making a little noise near the end.
