So, what am I doing? I keep convincing myself that I can run, then I go out, it's okay for a while, then it hurts. Then, feels better that night, repeat. So, each night it's feeling better, and maybe each run the "good" is outlasting the "bad", but the pain level is still the same. Feel like probably I just should have shut it down completely and I'd be through this maybe already...Doc appointment on Wed.
