Great exclamation point on a great week on a great fathers day.
Perfect weather out, good strong run (34 mins out, 31:30 back), opened it up on the last 2 miles. Overall fun, and while was going pretty strong, still felt well within myself, so feel like the engine is definitely getting stronger.
Also, kind of neat to look back at last year's F Day run, also River Road, but was about half the distance (and that was my "longest" run at that time). Come a pretty good ways in a year, lot to go still to where I would like to be, but getting there, incrementally.
