Wow. An interval workout on an actual track. This was pretty cool, as I've never done one on a real track before (did one two years ago on that weird square Chicago track).

Anyway, 11 x 400m @ 76-78s, with 200m jog recoveries. Got the hang of 78 after a few tries, and was able to come in right there pretty well every time after about 5th repeat. It was tough, but not too tough. Why 11? I dunno, I was going to do 10, then I was going to do 12, and just sort of ended up in the middle.

My quads got pretty tight on the cooldown, so had to slow way down.

This was fun.
