3 x 1 mile with 0.5 jog rests....5:07, 5:14, 5:14 in windy, muddy, cold rain. First repeat was a little enthusiastic, and last 2 were harder than smooth and relaxed...more like labored and sloppy, but I'll take this workout all day.
