1 loop up, then 9 loops at 3:55 ish, then 1 loop down.
So really, 5.4 miles of tempo at 6:36 pace, which felt really smooth and easy actually. I liked it.
Was going to tempo tomorrow, but Steve W postponed run to tomorrow, so worked it in today. With rain, doing this under the building worked out nice anyway. A little wet in the corners (what she said).
