Tempo Intervals. Decided to skip morning warmup this morning - being cautious about foot. So close to race, really don't want to chance anything...then again, went ahead and did these intervals. Glad I did though, felt really strong, back on home turf.
Went like this:
2 miles in 12:08 (6:04 mpm)
1 mile recovery in 6:57
1 mile in 6:10
0.8 mile recovery in 6:09 (7:41 mpm)
1.2 miles in 7:16 (6:03 mpm)
0.6 miles recovery
