Amazing weather - 60 and dry. Steady 5:45 pretty much the whole way, picked off a bunch after first 5k. That's where Chisholm picked it up and I couldn't get any closer than 5 seconds. Sprint finish with Manchester guy at the end, outleaned him but I guess they went with chip time, as they have us same time but him ahead in place. Whatever. Fun day and felt very strong. Hopefully good things coming for the fall
