Grind. That's what that was. Not fast, or powerful, just a steady grinding grind. Not a fan of this course, even this "improved" version. It's still hilly as hell, and the 11:30 start exacerbates a warm day. But I hung in there. 36 at 6. 42:10 at 7, and then just hung a bunch of 6:20s to the end. Ran the last half mile on one leg (calf cramp - dehydrated), so that sucked. But overall got it done, turn the page, back to the shorter stuff...
