Notes

Toes in the water...took it out very easy.

Still a bit painful, but manageable. Pretty confident at this point it's extendor tendonitis. Stretching calves helps tremendously, and I have to be vigilant about doing this.

Post run I feel great (almost don't want to stop moving in case this tightens up again).

3 days off was fine. I can now raise up on right foot (though with a little pain).

Cautiously optimistic.
