A lot of good here, but still some stuff to address. Plan was to just have a steady 6:30ish pace through whole thing. But I went all stoopid and came through 2 miles at 12:10. Shows what I know about pacing by feel (though i guess in a certian way it's good I "felt" that was 6:30). Adjusted the rest of the run to end up around 6:20's, which was still faster than planned, but felt right.
