With 10 x 400(ish) - these were along the fence perimeter of the soccer complex...measured on RA is exactly 0.25, but hard to run exactly the corners, so probably a bit short of 400m. All were in 1:12 to 1:14 with last one at 1:09, so makes sense. They were probably 1:17-18 400m efforts. Felt good though. 1.75 miles there and 1.65 back.
