Notes

Worked out - had very limited time to run, so quick little work out (5 x 0.6 miles). Eyeballing the casio...3:08, 3:04, 3:05, 3:05, 3:10 (last one was struggling to get back to gym to use the crapper in time.

Decent little workout, starting to feel like I'm getting some speed again.
