So, the "track" I have access to is 0.6 miles of dirt. We get what we get. So this workout I call "almost 1k repeats".
Did 2 laps warm up (1.2 miles) at 8:50 (7:21/mile)
Then alternated HM pace (maybe a touch slower) / 3K pace laps
