Notes

This is a far more sane workout than Water Tower of Doom (which I think I'm eliminating from the repetoire.

Was 100 million degrees plus humidity today, so cut it short at 5 x up Reserve. 2:20 up, 3 mins down. Felt very good, had to really concentrate on running relaxed on the last one. Look forward to doing this in better weather, and adding to it. Fun and convenient.
