This is probably a good 10 K or half marathon interval workout. Too bad I'm not racing either of those any time soon.
No explanation for this, other than it's what I felt like doing (going relatively fast a few times).
Harumph.
I think that's solid work for a marathon too.

Thanks. I was thinking I did them a bit fast, but looking back on it, maybe it wasn't so off. A little speed never hurts. I hope.
