Got kind of messed up - thought I'd head down to the track early Saturday morning to get in 6 x 800. Didn't figure there'd be hs track practice going on. 2 miles on the road, then 2 x 800 (2:35, 2:40), then 1 400 (they started to use the track) then had to switch to 200s in lane 6, jogging back to the line, did 8 of those all around 33. Then warm down on the road. Did my best not to look like a creepy old dude barging in on high school practice- not sure I pulled that off.

Found your training log when I was trying to find some alternate interval workouts, and saw your race times so assumed you knew what you were doing. Got a kick out of reading this, only because my girlfriend and I train together at a local track and have this happen to us at least a few times per year when we can't get out of bed early enough to beat the high school weekend meets. Even funnier, try dodging Lacrosse balls during early AM practices. The creepy old dude comment - hilarious

Looks like you know enough based off your times and age. I've never taken the time to review another's training log but thought I'd check some to see what workouts were helping and found this Gem. I can certainly relate!
