Absolutely beautiful day. Point here was more to dial in race pace for Saturday. The intention was 6:20's on the surges - obviously I went a lot faster than that. Was comfortable though. I think the course will correct some of this on its own. Just need to be smarter and relax a little bit more. Don't be afraid to dial back some...will be hard with the downhill first mile.
Also, watch left paw now. Very easy next two days.
