I got up in time for a little trot in the fog. YAY me! I took it pretty easy since i had PLENTY of time this morning to get 4 in. I had to curb my instinct to race the train about 1/2 way through, which was kind of a struggle, since I really wanted to drop the hammer and charge the rise up Atco Ave back towards home, but I reined myself in and gently cruised up & over. Feeling good for Sunday
