Missed my Tuesday Night CCD Tempo Run yesterday, so I made up for it tonight, albeit a little longer than Tuesdays' usually are. Taking TWO days off since Sunday's 6-miler may have proven more beneficial than I would have thought, since I was clicking along surprisingly well. Again ... anytime you can run in shorts on a February night, choose a route so that the most people possible can see you doing so
