Been a while since I did a "Start easy, then turn up the screws" workout. Began at 6.7mph, and increased 1/10 mph every 1/2 mile. After completing Mile 2 at 8½ minute pace, I went up a tenth EVERY tenth or less, eventually moving/kicking at 7:40-something. Next time, I'll be less conservative with my opening pace, and REALLY go for it
