Note to my running friends ... when you wake up and check the Weather Channel Desktop and it says 59° ... you might want to double-check that your wife hasn't changed the location to San Diego or someplace, before putting on a short sleeve shirt ... I stepped outside and said to myself: "That ain't right" Sure enough, it was only 44° ... I changed into L/S but kept the shorts on. It was nice and muddy / splashy in parts, from yesterday's rain and damp from the moring fog rolling in [did I detect a slight scent of "ocean?"]
Pleasant surprise when I saw that I was <17:00 at the 2-mile mark ... I certainly would've cracked 34:00 if I didn't have to wait for the stoplight on the way back
