Caught a break between rain showers [scary green masses on the Weather Channel radar] and even had a gauzy, soft-focus Moon up there to watch over me. Lots of fog creeping around, so I just HAD to go past the Cemetery. I might have seen the shadowy figure of a coyote lope across the street in a middle-distance - I've seen them down there before - but I heard nothing, so ... Nothing except some frogs & toads who were still up & peeping, plus the morning songbirds; robins and such, who I would have thought had headed South by now, leaving just the bluejays and crows to cheer me on my Pre-Dawn Patrol
