Run #4 of Slowtwitch 100 Runs/100 Days Challenge 2014-15. Just had to get out today, and couldn't get myself out the door until late afternoon, so I took some old shoes that had been relegated to LawnMower Shoes out of retirement, since D'Wife borrowed my running shoes to got out for a bit, instead of going upstairs to get PROPER footwear for herself.
