Saturday Afternoon Gym-Date. First non-OUCHIE 'Mill Run in the past 3. Again, took it VERY conservative wit only ONE bump-up after the first Mile. I felt the beginnings of a little shin splint to Port, which precludded the OW-Killies last time, so I held back a shade and it sorted itself out & away. The proof is in the pudding though, and we got through 3 on D'Mill with NO aches and/or pains = success
