Run #30 of Screaming Tortise 100 Days / 100 Runs Summertime Challenge
Although it wasn't as warm as yesterday, with more heavy storms coming, I thought it smart to hit the TM for the day. With some of my favorites occupied in Cardio Row, and the TV broken on my favorite in the Crow's Nest, I was fortunate to discover another treadmill that doesn't take me a mile and a half to find the Sweet Spot [the place where the deck doesn't create too much noise]; in fact, this one is all Sweet as well, so now I have 4 good ones to choose from [2 upstairs and 2 downstairs]
