Sunday Afternoon Gym-Date PLUS 2nd Annual 24 MINUTES of Daytona [in NJ]. Started out conservatively at 7mph [8:34/mile pace] then gradually ramped it up. My goal was to get my pace on the OTHER Side of 8:00/mile to finish with 3 miles or better, but I missed a shift somewhere and fell just a shade short ... but it was SO NICE to click/kick through that last 1/4 of so at 7:30
