Friday Happy Hour Tempo Run. I didn't feel comfortable about the effort I put on this route the other day, so I decided to try it a gain, with a little more "gusto" Well, I admit that I took a break at Mile 2 or so, to chat with a buddy of mine, but other than that it was all business.
