Been forever & ever since D'Kid accompanied me on a Run. This was actually HER Idea. She & her Mom had been busy all morning and she'd missed her daily ride. She called me at work, about 2 o'clock
"Dad" she asked, "Did you run this morning?"
"Sorry, no I didn't"
"Are you going to run after work then?"
"Most likely"
"Can I ride with you, while you run?"
"I would love that! Sure!!!"
"Can we do The Sanctuary?"
"Absolutely" I blurted
Now, The Sanctuary is a development a little ways away. D'Wife & I ride over there as a launching point for longer journeys. To the GATE at The Sanctuary is a 6-Mile round trip. From there, through the middle of the development to the far edge and back, is an 8-Miler. This is D'Kid's ride. THIS is where we would go
