Not NEARLY as fast as yesterday; but then I don't HAVE TO race myself everyday ... do I??? I used to do that, if I remember correctly, and I don't think it was the most Zen approach = not good for me [YMMV] ... so this morning I took it easy, made all my time checks in a leisurely manner - I even got to say 'Hi' to Raven, a beautiful all-black doggie that lives at about the mile and a half mark. Plenty of bird racket, including the woodpecker at the two-mile turn.
