[I missed my Endorphin Therapy for most of last week ... Fortunately, no one was injured] Took an easier than usual one this evening; had some odd patellar thingy on the Starboard and a little hammishness to Port. With the billions of gallons of rain we got yesterday, it was a Mugg-fest and a Puddle-palooza out there. I could claim an extra 1/2 mile or so from all the circuituity I needed to get around some of these instant water hazards ... I didn't go full-on Steeplechasing, however.
