SECOND LEG of 2014 Black Friday 20K Solo Relay. A poor re-fueling decision after the FIRST LEG led to some pretty nasty stitches/tummy-ness; plus, there was the ice-cream headache. I ground it out, and didn't lose much time vs. L1, but I'm not pleased.
