Clearing sky and wet streets. Light winds, 5kts maybe??? [yeah, for some reason, I prefer to say "knots" vs "mph" as far as the wind is concerned; must be the pirate in me].
I tip-toed around a couple of MAJOR puddles [small ponds?] at some critical intersections along the way. I think I may have distrubed an owl in the wooded portion which will become "The Green Room" once Summer gets here. He finished his "who? who-who?" then I heard a rustling of branches and he was quiet.
