Run #51 of Slowtwitch 100 Runs / 100 Days Challenge
Missed my AM run, so I took it outside today; shorts & SS shirt and 60-something degrees
As hard as I looked for my reflecto-vest and Miner 49er headlamp, I had to go without due to time ... then remembered exactly where they were 400 yds down the road, but not inclined to turn around and start over. There's only a stretch of about a mile where I REALLY need them anyway, I just proceeded extra-cautiously
