Somehow, I woke up early enough to do an extra mile. It was light enough at the 2 mile mark to turn right and venture down to the scary woods where the coyotes and JYDs roam, without too much worry. Cold, dark, wet and windy, plus a nice little uphill beginning about 3 and a half out. A good "waker-upper" for a Wednesday ... Still, I wish Spring was here already.
