Saturday Afternoon Gym-Date. My first goal was to bring my 4-mile in under 35 minutes. I accomplished that with a 34:43. The second goal was to hang on the 'Mill until I hit 45 "active minutes" on the GoFit Pedo-thingy I've been carrying around. The 45-minute mark was some awkward mileage so I stayed on for a nice even 5½.
