Super dark start to the Pre-Dawn Patrol; yeah, I'm gonna add the PRE- because the Sun wasn't even considering coming up when I left the house, and had only just begun to lighten the sky to a light Indigo when I got back. Chased the same trash truck as last week. He turned left, where I went straight, and the the garbagey funk was immediately replaced by the gentle scent of someone's fireplace starting up. Yes, it was that chilly; and yet, some knuckleheads STILL Had their sprinklers running, in the dark, on a chilly mid-October morning
