National Running Day!!! It was a little chilly at the start - I could SWEAR I saw my breath as I was warming up on the front steps! A bit creaky through the first ½-mile to the Stoplight, but I found my rhythm shortly thereafter. Didn't need to do the SprinklerDash today, but they WERE on for me, if I needed them. In the end, I got out early enough that I was able to beat the NJ Transit trains home
