Yeah, that was dumb, but it got done ... there must be some formula to pro-rate your pace once the temp gets over 90°? There was a time when I would regularly do even more miles [like, daily] in these conditions, AND do it while chasing SEPTA buses around Center City. I refuse to believe that I'm getting old, or that I'm getting soft ... I've just gotten out of practice
