Freezy, frosty but fun ... After a quick stop at The Blessed Mother, I went down to the Lakes to see my Barnyard friends [it's been a while, I know guys] Everyone was sleeping; after all, it's only been a week since the Sun turned around at the Solstice, so it's still night-time as far as they know. The clouds obscured some of the stars in a pretty puzzling perpendicular patchwork of raggedy rectangles ... not something you see every morning, that's for sure. "There must have been one airflow crossing over another at about 90°" says the Weather Geek in me.
