Cut out "The Pit" portion of my loop to give myself a little extra time to truly take it easy on this week's Tuesday Night CCD Run. It was light and fun, right up to the moment I inhaled some buggy creature about 600 yards from the finish. I brought myself back home fits of gagging and gacking, throat-clearing and expectorating to get the little bastard out of my larynx. If I should wake up in the middle of the night with a bullfrog neck like Linda Blair in "The Exorcist" I won't be completely surprised
