5 mile easy warm up.
4 x 2 mile with 2 min rest. Did the first 3 at the cemetery but made sure it was the full 2 miles. The last one, I got tired of all the turn and just took the road back to the Poudre trail. Workout called for 6:26 pace but after the first interval, I started to pick it up. The 6:01 was a little too aggressive but the 6:10 pace seemed doable.
2 mile cool down back to the park.
