complete 5 push-presses (65#) then Burpees for the remainder of the minute. Continue rounds until you have completed 100 burpees.

Holy crap. I can't lift my arms. This was deceptively hard. When I read the WOD, I didn't think it sounded that bad, but it was really tough. Burpees don't usually bother me, but after all the push presses, they kicked my butt. Total of 75 push presses and 100 burpees. Ouch.
