Deadlift weight was a good one. I really need some work on those. I feel like my form must be off because they always hurt my back. Should have gone higher on DB swings since rx weight was 50 and I think I could have done at least 40 or so. I really could have gone a bit higher on the OHS as well, but I had never tried more than the bar for that so I didn't want to try with 20 reps to do. Again, should have done more weight on the DB squat cleans, but I was a bit nervous since it was the last exercise. This was a really exhausting WOD overall. Fun though.
