50 sit ups

1 Muscle up (substituted a sort of practice muscle up thing)

40 sit ups

2 muscle ups

30 sit ups

3 muscle ups

20 sit ups

4 muscle ups

10 sit ups

5 muscle ups

The practice muscle ups involved using the false grip. Started in a sort of squat position with the rings low to the ground. Leaned back and then moved up into a dip position. Lifted my legs and hung for a second then stood up into a holding position. Then lifted my legs again and held with my arms straight for a second. Lots of work to do on those. Might have pretty arms when Grant comes home finally, but I'm going to have some ugly callused man hands :)
