800m run
50 supermans
50 sit ups
Jess came this evening and timed for me. Even after Tuesday's debacle, I was still gunning for the board. Jess thought I could make it, so I pushed it. Didn't make it (37 seconds off) but I had the fastest girl time of the day, so I'm pretty proud of myself. Stupid I know, but this workout didn't involve my arms at all, so I figured i could do it.
